Summer Evening Concerts 2025 at Johannus: Five Unique Musical Nights in Ede

Once again, Johannus is hosting a series of summer evening concerts in the beautiful Feike Asma Concert Hall in Ede. On four Tuesday evenings and one Wednesday evening, you’ll enjoy music that inspires, moves, and delights – performed by passionate artists on organ, piano, trumpet, cello, and bassoon.

May 6 – Liberation Concert

Organist Jorrit Woudt and trumpeter Maurice van Dijk open the series with a sparkling program celebrating freedom. Classical, powerful and moving.

June 3 – Refreshing Classics

Leendert Verduijn (organ) and Matthias Pearson (cello) present a surprising blend of young talent, classical works and fresh interpretations.

July 2 – Summer Sounds in Three Flavors

Pianists André van Vliet and Jan Lenselink guide you through a colorful triptych full of harmony, contrast and summery tones.

August 5 – From Bach to Ballroom

Sander van Houten (organ) and Ab Weegenaar (bassoon) explore the meeting point of dance and depth – from baroque elegance to lighter rhythms.

September 2 – A Night at Johannus

Golden Vox – Martin van Heerde, Bert Elbertsen and Wilbert Berendsen – conclude the series with an atmospheric evening full of organ music, surprise and virtuosity.

Tickets are €10 per person per concert. Children up to 12 years old pay only €5.
Planning to attend them all? The season pass is just €40 – five concerts for the price of four. All tickets include a complimentary drink during intermission.
